Warranty
All 9:ZERO:7 framesets come with a five year warranty, except the Whiteout Team Edition which comes with a three year warranty. All 9:ZERO:7 brand parts carry a one year warranty.
Warranty is extended to the original owner only, and proof of purchase is required. The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including manufacturing defects The warranty does NOT cover any damage or defects caused by abuse, accidents, modification, or other incidents that are not the result of normal use of the product. Additionally, E-Bike conversions or modifications will automatically void the warranty.
Paint and Decals: One year from original retail purchase.
Paint fading caused by the effects of ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor exposure is not covered by this limited warranty.
